Kauffman House

Grand County

The Kauffman House is a large resort hotel constructed in 1892.  The log building is typical of early tourist accommodations which sprang up around Grand Lake.

There was considerable rehabilitation work performed on the building in 1994, and it continues to be used as a hotel.
