Gwynne-Love House
El Paso County
An imposing Victorian era dwelling, its design combines Queen Anne forms with the English detailing that was popular locally when it was built in 1886.
Designed by Willard B. Perkins for Edmiston Gwynne, in 1914 the Love family from Indianapolis purchased the house. The residence survives as one of approximately a dozen large, intact historic homes in the center of the city.
