The district is architecturally significant for its collection of Queen Anne residences designed by many of Denver’s prominent late 19th and early 20th century architects.
Among those represented are Lang and Pugh, Balcomb and Rice, Varian and Sterner, James Murdock, A.M. Stuckart, and Frank Edbrooke.
