The Weaver ranch dates back to 1886 when Adeline J. Weaver purchased a portion of a quarter section of land near Livermore in Larimer County. In 1889 her husband, Noah Weaver, purchased the remaining portion of that quarter section. Today the ranch is owned by the Weaver's grandson, Adrian Weaver. The ranch includes several historic structures, including the original house, part of which dates back to 1886.
