The project includes rehabilitation of the exterior walls of the building, including repairs required to stabilize the adobe block at the base of the building. The project also includes replacement of the existing non-historic roof with one matching that seen in historic photographs, which includes re-establishing the four chimneys. Site drainage work will also be completed to keep water away from the adobe walls. At the culmination of the project, the exterior wall will be restored, the drainage will be corrected to preserve the exterior wall materials, and the roof will be returned to its original appearance.
