The Feather Ridge Fann is comprised of over 460 acres in Douglas County near Franktown. It got its start as a 40 acre homestead settled by Andrew B. Seaburg in 1891. Seaburg acquired the additional acreage around the turn-of-the-century. Although Andrew Seaburg never married, his nephew, Melville Dahlberg, came to stay with him and help out as a young man. The farm is now owned by Melville's children, Russell,  Lois, and Jerry Dahlberg and Kathleen & Dennis Stone. The main crops are silage corn and hay.
