Although the architect is unknown, it is assumed that it was designed by Howard W. Baker, who was responsible for many of the park’s structures during the 1930s and 1940s.  Listed under Rocky Mountain National Park and the Historic Park Landscapes in National and State Parks Resources Multiple Property Submissions.
